Bridging the Gap from College to Career with KARON’s 120 Hours Internship Program
At KARON IT Training, we believe that real-world experience is the key to building a successful career in the IT industry. Our 120 Hours Internship Program was specially designed for college students to transform their academic knowledge into practical industry skills.
With 160+ enthusiastic students participating, this internship provided a platform for learners to work on real IT concepts, improve their technical skills, and prepare themselves for professional opportunities.

Industry-Relevant Technologies – Students learned and practiced technologies such as Python, React, Flutter, Django, and more.
Hands-On Learning – Practical training sessions that helped students apply concepts through real project work.
Valid Certification – Participants received an official internship certificate after successful completion.
Project Development Support – Complete guidance from mentors until students successfully completed their projects.
Career Guidance Sessions – Experts shared valuable insights on project presentation, interview preparation, and industry expectations.
One of the key moments of the program was the Certificate Distribution Ceremony, celebrating the hard work and achievements of our students. With expert mentorship and dedication, participants took a big step toward becoming future IT professionals.
We also hosted a special session by Ritika Tillashi, who provided valuable insights on Project Presentation Guidelines and explained how students can make their Final-Year Projects stand out in front of examiners and recruiters.
